Richard Brisson has been the owner of PharmaHealth Pharmacies since 1977. Originally called The Medicine Shoppe, the first location was located in the south end of New Bedford on Dartmouth St. In 1986, he purchased a second location on Acushnet Ave. in the north end of New Bedford. In June of 2006, he changed the name to PharmaHealth Pharmacy and opened two additional locations. He opened another retail pharmacy inside of Hawthorn Medical and a long term care location, (affiliated with Medicine On Time), both on Faunce Corner Road in Dartmouth.
Mr. Brisson graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, Boston, MA in 1969. He was a member of the pharmacy honors society (RHOCHI) and an assistant in the chemistry lab.
Prior to becoming the proprietor of PharmaHealth, Mr. Brisson worked for St. Luke’s Hospital and was the Director of Pharmacy at Francis P. Memorial Hospital in New Bedford, MA. He also worked for both Smith Mills and RECA Pharmacies.
He has received specialty training in both Bioidentical Hormone Replacement therapy and veterinary compounding. He has also attended numerous training seminars at PCCA headquarters in Houston, Texas.
In addition to Mr. Brisson’s collegiate education and further specialty trainings, he is also a member of many pharmacy groups. Some of those groups include the Novo-Nordisk advisory board, the advertising council at Medicine Shoppe International, Massachusetts Independent Pharmacists Association, Massachusetts Pharmacists Association, American Pharmacy Society, and the National Community Pharmacists Association. He was also accredited as PCCA’s pharmacist of the month in March of 2005.
Philip Falzarano, R.Ph.

Philip Falzarano, R.Ph. joined PharmaHealth Pharmacy in October 2007, taking on the lead position of Chief Operating Officer.
A graduate of St. John’s University, Jamaica, NY, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology.
By taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Falzarano oversees the activities of all four PharmaHealth locations. He also has the ability to take on a second role as Pharmacist as needed.
Mr. Falzarano brings to PharmaHealth a strong sales and management background, especially with third party programs. He has developed and marketed third party prescription programs to major companies and health providers in Arizona, Southern California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Western Texas.
Mr. Falzarano’s past affiliations include, the National Association of Chain Drug Stores, the National Community Pharmacists Association, the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs, Leadership team MSI and Board of Directors and Community Care Rx.

Rosemary Rebello
Rosemary Rebello has been employed with PharmaHealth Pharmacy since June of 2007.
As a 1978 graduate from Fisher College, Mrs. Rebello earned her college degree in Business Administration. She has also completed college studies at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
Additional college studies include completing two courses (1985 and 1989) at the Center of Financial Studies at Fairfield University in CT. She also completed a certification program in Executive Education (1991-1992) at the Massachusetts School of Financial Studies at Babson College.
Rosemary Rebello is employed by PharmaHealth’s Corporate Office and takes on several important responsibilities. She is the Office Manager as well as the Human Resource Manager for all locations. She also takes on the role of HIPPA Compliance Officer for the Pharmacy.
Prior to working for PharmaHealth Pharmacy, Rosemary had made a career in Banking for 29 years, as a Branch Manager. She was in charge of the supervision of a staff of ten employees. Ms. Rebello has banking experience at New Bedford 5¢ Savings, Compass Bank and Sovereign Bank.
In addition to her career, Ms. Rebello has been involved with many organizations in her community. Such organizations include the South End Business Association, Junior Achievement and the Notary Public. She is currently involved with the Azorean Maritime Heritage Society as the Treasurer and was a past board member of New Bedford’s Zeiterion Theater.

Adam Wilczek
Adam Wilczek has been with PharmaHealth Pharmacy since December of 2005.
A 1999 graduate of Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, Boston, MA, Mr. Wilczek earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy.
In furthering his education, Mr. Wilczek has traveled to PCCA headquarters in Houston, Texas to participate in a specialty training veterinary compounding course. In 2008 he also attended a seminar held at Worecester State Hospital, Worecester, MA, to become MAP certified.
As the Pharmacy Manager at the PharmaHealth (Medicine On Time) location, Adam is in charge of overseeing all of the daily pharmacy operations. He has also taken on the important role of Director of Procurement for the company.
Prior to working for PharmaHealth Pharmacy, Mr. Wilczek was a part of Brooks Pharmacy/Osco Drug for 10 years. He is also currently employed at Standard Pharmacy as a pharmacist.
Adam Wilczek's pharmacy affiliations include such organizations as the Massachusetts Independent Pharmacists Association, the National Community Pharmacists Association, and the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists.
Mark DeStephano

Mark DeStephano
Mark DeStephano has been with PharmaHealth Pharmacy since November of 2008. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Mr. DeStephano has taken on the role of Vice President of Patient Services.
Mr. DeStephano brings 25 years of healthcare experience to PharmaHealth with several years at Bayer Pharmaceuticals and the past 15 years with Apria Healthcare. His role at the company will enhance PharmaHealth’s ability to better coordinate the interaction between the physician, pharmacist and patient as well as to further allow PharmaHealth to meet the various needs of all their patients. The addition of Mr. DeStephano will contribute to the company’s goal of bringing a national focus to their regional company, which will in turn bring a better focus on patient services.
Directly prior to joining PharmaHealth, Mr. DeStephano oversaw the Customer Service component for the Northeast with Apria Healthcare.

Abigail DuPont
Abigail DuPont joined PharmaHealth Pharmacy in October of 2007.
A 2006 graduate of Endicott College, Beverly, MA, she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing.
In 2007, she also completed a pharmacy technician training certificate program from The Health Training Center, Cambridge, MA. She is certified as a pharmacy technician in the state of Massachusetts.
Upon hire, her acting role was that of pharmacy technician. In January of 2008, she took over the responsibility of the Sales and Marketing department.
Ms. DuPont has currently been working to develop better brand recognition and creative advertising for PharmaHealth Pharmacy. She is also working to introduce PharmaHealth’s specialty prescription services to both individuals and businesses within the local communities.
Prior to PharmaHealth Pharmacy, Abigail completed internships at NOVA Marketing and Promotions, Ocean Spray Cranberries, and WFHN/WBSM Radio Stations.
